Our official website implements a 60-day valid return and refund cycle, which is uniformly calculated from the date when customers successfully receive the ordered products. All refund applications submitted within the 60-day valid period and meeting the product return conditions will be accepted and processed normally.
For products applying for refund, the goods must be kept in unused, unwashed, undamaged and original packaging intact state. The products shall not have artificial damage, wear marks, oxidation deformation, missing accessories and other problems, and shall retain the original product labels, packaging boxes and accessories to ensure that the products can be resold normally. Products with personalized customization, manual damage, man-made pollution and over-term application will not be eligible for refund service. We will strictly inspect the returned goods after receiving them, and judge whether they meet the refund standards according to the actual state of the products.
In terms of refund processing time, after we receive and verify the returned products to be qualified, we will initiate the official refund procedure within the working day, and the whole refund processing cycle is 5 to 10 business days. In view of our global free shipping service, all eligible refund orders do not need to bear our official shipping fees.
